Popular messaging platform WhatsApp is testing a new feature that would allow users to pin-to-top upto three of their favourite chat windows to always have them easily accesible.
5 fresh hidden WhatsApp features only power users know about
The feature, which is currently available on WhatsApp beta version 2.17.162, will allow WhatsApp users to better manage their chat by keeping their favourite, if not most active, windows at the top.

To pin a chat user, simply tap and hold on the chat which will then show the pin logo at the top bar along with the delete, mute and archive logos.
WhatsApp just added cool features for iPhone users
WhatsApp can get pretty crowded, especially when you have multiple chat windows and groups to manage. The new feature, which is still in its testing phase, will be able to help prevent chat windows from frequently changing places and would be sorted on priority basis.
It is, however, worth mentioning that the latest feature is still under development and, therefore, may or may not be rolled out to all users based on its efficacy.
